Table Booking

Please refer to online information on our table reservation software, due we have separate kitchens / stations not all options from the menu may be available during opening hours. We usually try to have empanadas and pizzas available during opening hours however the parrilla does not open every day so kindly refer to conditions when booking to avoid disappointment.

Delivery Policy

We don't have a delivery service, we can only offer our customers to order online through our website and collect the goods from our shop in person indicating a pick up time during business open hours.

You can order Delivery through Just Eat and their T&Cs will apply as per on their website.

Payments

Prices are in Euros. Since payments are processed by Square payments we don't keep any records of credit cards ourselves.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the fresh & perishable nature of our products we do not accept returns however please get in touch (in person, by phone or email) to discuss any issues with your order.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately, refunds can only be made if order hasn't been yet processed. In the event the order has been prepared we cannot offer a refund.
